Sunday 24 February 2013

Well hi there folks. This is my first attempt at blogging, so it won't be very impressive. Nevertheless a start has been made.

I hope you like the photo of Cher and I atop the mountain in the Banff area. Things don't get much more gorgeous than this.

Cher and I have been wanderers and explorers from the beginning, so this will be a record of our recent ramblings.

If you'd like to keep track of what we are up to, the people we meet and what happens along the way, just check in every now and then and we'd love to have you join us for at least part of the way.
It's February and we're dreaming of better days.

God Bless

Rob and Cher, February 2013

  2. Well done, sounds like you are going to have loads of fun. We have friends here who do a lor of travelling with their three kids in a converted truck. But they tow a car behind them too. So that they can get around once they are parked. Imagine overtaking that on the road!?

    1. Kerry, thanks for the response. It's amazing the variety of combinations of things that people tow over here. Our RV is 31 feet and that's about as big as I'd like it to get.

We're loving the combination of comfort and convenience.

      God bless, Uncle Rob

    1. Michael, thanks for response - glad you like the blog site, compliments of google. Google and Apple rule the world I reckon. We have been checking out the weather patterns with all of our modern gadgetry and have figured out that heading further south at this point will result in us getting wetter than we'd planned, so now we're sitting tight in Myrtle Beach for now.

Congrats to you and Ashley on the new house. You have done well there I reckon.

      God Bless, Uncle Rob
